This is an institution aimed at educating young South Africans about the property sector . The aim is to ensure that first and foremost young people not only develop an interest in the sector but reap full economic value for the sector.
The main aim is to ensure that an individual enrolled on the program or certificate in property will have a full understanding of the industry , procedure for legal registration as a property practitioner and most importantly pursue a career in property and get full value from such pursuit.
Thereafter participants will be placed with an experienced Property Practitioners in the field , they will be registered as intern Property Practitioners with the the first fidelity fund certificate . The practical part will be for 6 to 12 months . The intern will mostly have practical training but will also receive training and guidance on completion of the log book. There will also be training and assistance in preparation for the Professional Designation Exam presented the the Regulator or PPRA . The aspirant Practitioner will be expected to sit for an open book exam physically or virtually . Thereafter on completion they will graduate and become Property Practitioners with a valid fidelity fund certificate.
